Account Executive- Staffing Industry

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. This position will be 100% remote, but it is preferred that this person is in the Eastern Time Zone.

In this role, you will:

  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop new business and increase gross margin profitably by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, selling, negotiating rates,and upselling services.
  2. Manage Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement consistent sales strategies.
  3. Build Strong Relationships: Develop new accounts, revitalize stale accounts, and expand active clients through telephone and direct sales, providing exceptional customer service and consistent follow-up.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives as outlined in the performance standards.
  5. Cultivate Referrals: Develop repeat and referral business through excellent service and proactive follow-up activities.
  6. Client Documentation: Ability to comprehend client Agreements including all Client specific language. Thoroughly understand the Requirement in order to assist Clients with writing clear and detailed job descriptions. Ensure that Consultant onboarding is in alignment with Client specifications.
  7. Collaborate Internally: Interact regularly with the recruiting team to ensure accurate and complete communication with clients and effectively fulfill staffing needs. Ensure that the recruiting ream understands the Requirement, review all Candidates presented by the recruiting team, analyze and screen for appropriate fit, submit candidates, coordinate and oversee interviews, and move the requirement process through close.
  8. Market Analysis: Analyze competitive activity within the territory and identify opportunities to differentiate our services.
  9. Network and Build Connections: Participate in civic and professional organizations to develop sales leads and expand your network.
  10. Build Expertise : Become an authority in the skill sets that we specialize in and the industries our clients work in.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years' staffing/recruiting experience
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  3. Ability to work both independently and collaborate with a team
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  5. Efficient multi-tasker
  6. Forward thinking with a solution driven mindset

7. Experience in the placement of Project Managers and/or Business Analysts is a plus

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience selling to higher education, financial services and/or healthcare verticals is a plus
