Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for payments and assist with budget management.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support during audits by supplying required documentation relating to accounts payable.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage numerous transactions effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
