We're looking for a dynamic Field Representative to join our growing insurance agency. In this remote role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by building and maintaining a robust referral network throughout Arkansas. You'll combine your sales expertise with your relationship-building skills to connect with key industry professionals and expand our business.

What You'll Do:

Build and nurture a strong referral network through in-person and virtual meetings with mortgage lenders, apartment communities, real estate professionals, and other potential partners.
Promote our insurance products and services to generate leads and grow our business.
Collaborate with our team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve performance goals.
Cultivate lasting relationships with referral partners to ensure ongoing opportunities.
What You'll Need:

Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or a related field.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel throughout Arkansas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-discipline and organizational skills to manage remote work effectively.
What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Earn between $45,000 and $65,000 per year.
