We're seeking a COBRA Administration Support Specialist on a temporary basis to play a key role in managing COBRA-related tasks with precision and efficiency. This role involves processing data feeds, emails, and account updates to ensure accurate and timely COBRA profile setup in compliance with federal regulations. Additionally, you'll collaborate across departments to resolve issues and provide research assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary expert for all COBRA and Direct Bill funding matters, providing accurate and current information.
Accurately process substantial volumes of data, ensuring each entry aligns with federal COBRA guidelines and client-specific procedures.
Follow client-specific procedures and adapt processes as needed to meet individual requirements.
Understand and adhere to COBRA regulations and deadlines to ensure compliance.
Communicate with clients to request additional information or confirm details, ensuring seamless implementation.
Respond professionally and clearly to inquiries from clients, carriers, and participants, providing helpful support and information.
Assist with various other administrative tasks and projects as part of the COBRA Administration Team.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
Basic knowledge of accounting or cash application principles, with comfort in managing financial data.
High attention to detail, especially when processing large data volumes.
Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks, meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
