Administrative Assistant - Government Contract (2-Year)
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organization and technical proficiency? We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a vital government contract for two years in Denver, CO!

What You'll Do:

Handle technical and non-technical tasks including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and data entry.
Manage up to 500 daily USPS mail pieces—collate, batch, and enter into tracking systems.
Process checks, scan documents, and provide critical backup documentation for collections.
Create billing documents, prepare debt notification letters, and handle debt-related correspondence.
Perform thorough research on accounts receivable and ensure compliance with Federal laws and VA policy.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant (government experience a plus)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to proofread and edit technical documentation
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
