Mandatory Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile coaching within complex organizations (multiple partnerships, agreements, and programs).
- Experience in facilitating at least two Agile transformations for public sector clients.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement sessions for business transformation.
Certifications (Must Have at Least Two):
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project Management (ICP-APM)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
- AgilePM Foundation or equivalent
