We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiology Physician to join our established team in Beaumont, Texas. This full-time, W2 employed position offers an exceptional work-life balance, highly competitive compensation, and the opportunity to practice across a diverse case mix in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Position Highlights:
Compensation & Benefits: $700,000 W2 with full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, employer-paid short/long-term disability, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
Schedule: 1:6 call schedule with guaranteed pre- and post-call days off
Time Off: 10 weeks of guaranteed vacation in addition to post-call days
Support: 24/7 in-house CRNA coverage for OB cases
Practice Setting: Rotation between St. Elizabeth’s main hospital and two outpatient centers
Team: Collaborative group of 8 Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs
Case Mix Includes: Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiac Anesthesiaand more.
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Proficiency and comfort with Cardiac, OB, and Neuro anesthesia
Strong commitment to quality patient care and collaborative teamwork
