Career Strategies is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in the Roanoke, VA area.
Monday- Friday Schedule.
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Make-ready and turn services
- Responding to work orders
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- HVAC services
- Carpentry
- Appliance repairs
- General maintenance tasks, including cleaning the grounds
- Snow removal during the winter months
Candidates must have their own tools and possess excellent customer service skills.
A minimum of one year of apartment maintenance experience or relevant experience is required. Successful candidates will aim to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
