Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 + benefits

The Role

We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager to take on a hybrid role between Snakebite and XVIII. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a lasting career in hospitality.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be on the floor leading teams, working alongside ownership, and helping shape the future of two of Idaho Falls’ most recognized restaurants. Success here comes from a willingness to learn, a flexible mindset, and the drive to put in the work.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations at both Snakebite and XVIII, flexing between FOH leadership, staff coaching, and back-office responsibilities.
• Partner with leadership to drive consistency, service standards, and team culture.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor controls with attention to detail.
• Lead from the front during service, setting the tone for hospitality and accountability.
• Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant (shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager, AGM, or equivalent).
• Flexible and adaptable — able to move confidently between two unique concepts.
• Humble, hungry, and hardworking — willing to learn while holding yourself and others accountable.
• Strong people skills: able to build trust, coach staff, and foster team culture.
• Familiarity with scheduling, P&L, or labor management is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
