Job Posting: Associate Attorney

Location: Frankfort, KY
Position Type: Full-time, On-site

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our growing firm in Frankfort, Kentucky . The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background, with a focus on Family Law, Bankruptcy, Business Law , and experience in Estate Planning considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a variety of legal matters, with an emphasis on Family Law , including divorce, custody, and support issues.
* Assist clients with Bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
* Provide legal counsel on Business Law matters, including formation, contracts, and business disputes.
* Draft wills, trusts, and other Estate Planning documents (if experienced in this area).
* Represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and draft legal documents.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide high-quality legal counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Family Law and/or Bankruptcy .
* Experience in Business Law and/or Estate Planning is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
* Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or eligible to practice in KY).
* Client-focused, with the ability to navigate sensitive legal matters.

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
* Full benefits package including:

* Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
