Job Description

Description of the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Renn Kirby Gettysburg. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales process for our dealership. This includes leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of automotive sales professionals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Manage sales activities, including setting goals, tracking results, and providing performance feedback
Create and maintain positive relationships with customers
Oversee the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial role
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
