Summary About Us
Our childcare facility is expanding its services to include early childhood behavioral support and ABA services. We are seeking a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a
consultant and program developer as we build the foundation for our ABA division.
This role begins as a
consultative position ?supporting program development, software selection, policy design, and operational setup. Once credentialing and licensing processes are completed, the position has the opportunity to transition into a
clinical and leadership role within our new ABA program.

Duties Responsibilities
Phase 1 ? Consultative/Administrative Duties: - Assist in selecting and implementing ABA practice management software (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach).
- Develop and review client intake forms, assessment templates, behavior intervention plan formats, and progress report structures.
- Consult on the creation of clinical and operational policies (e.g., data collection, HIPAA compliance, supervision guidelines).
- Guide credentialing with insurance payers and support in building systems for compliance.
- Collaborate with childcare staff to ensure behavior support practices align with early childhood education values.
Phase 2 ? Clinical Expansion (Post-Credentialing): - Oversee assessment and service delivery once clients are active.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing treatment plan reviews.
- Participate in team meetings and parent education.
- Assist with hiring and training future clinical staff.
Requirements Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Master?s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ABA clinical operations and early childhood development.
- Experience with ABA software platforms and policy creation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must be self-directed and comfortable with startup environments.
