  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of benefits professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking. Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment of benefits strategies with business objectives and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (CEBS, CBP, SHRM) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably within a PEO, insurance brokerage, or multi-client environment, with a strong background in vendor negotiations, benefits strategy, and cost containment.
  • Expertise in managing health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and voluntary benefits with a focus on financial impact and risk management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute benefits strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, industry trends, and best practices in benefits administration for multi-employer groups.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking benefits leader who can drive strategic benefits initiatives, manage vendor relationships effectively, and enhance business profitability through innovative plan design and risk mitigation.
