Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Handling bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintaining general ledger accuracy
Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting
Supporting the team with occasional admin-related finance tasks
Bookkeeper Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
Comfortable in Excel and with accounting basics
Reliable, detail-oriented, and independent
Prior experience in a small business or professional services environment is a plus!
