What You’ll Do:✅ Review and process vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online
✅ Manage vendor payments and record transactions accurately
✅ Reconcile bank and credit card statements
✅ Assist with annual financial audits
✅ Maintain vendor files, run reports, and handle admin tasks
✅ Keep our student records organized and up to date
✅ Assist in ordering/ order
