We are seeking a baker with at least one year of experience in a wholesale/commercial bakery. The applicant will demonstrate a passion for bread, an inquisitive mind, and a keen eye for quality. You will be responsible for mixing the dough, managing fermentation, scaling and shaping, and baking while ensuring the end result is in line with Nonnas standards. The position is 40 hours per week and paid hourly. Early morning shifts required. Competitive Wage.
