Duration: 12+ months

Seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solution requirements to improve efficiency and productivity within the institution in close alignment with business strategies and goals. This position will play a key role in technology transformations and implementations across the University.

Responsibilities

Requirements Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, including business process models and reports.

Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Testing and Validation: Participate in testing new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.

Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

Skills Needed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights Required 10 Years
• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and/or user stories in Waterfall and Agile project environments Required 10 Years
• Experience developing business process models Required 7 Years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders Required 5 Years
• Proven ability to work independently with some guidance on assigned work product Highly desired 5 Years
• Extensive experience creating test plans and test cases Highly desired 5 Years
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations Highly desired 5 Years
