Job Description

Hand unload & deliver refurbished propane tanks to customers and pick up return propane tanks to be refurbished
back in Shohola.
Hiring Area 100-mile radius of Shohola, PA
Lanes Mostly northeast. No NYC (5 boroughs), but there are Long Island deliveries.
Miles 2,000 avg
Schedule Primarily M-F, may get back on a Sat or need to leave on a Sun.
Home Time 34-hr reset at home every week.

Truck Driver Equipment Type
2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks w/automatic transmission.
53’ dry van trailers, w/liftgates

Truck Driver Freight Type

• New and used propane tanks of various sizes.
• Truck Speed 65
• Bonus Sign on bonus: $500 – Paid out on 2nd pay check.

Referral Bonus: $3000 – Paid out at $1,000 on 2nd pay check; $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days.

Accessorial Pay

• Stop pay: $50 per stop
• Unload pay: $50 per full trailer unload
• Reload pay: $20 per full trailer reload
• Long Island pay: $75 per trip
• Delay pay: $25 per hour (after 2 hours)
• Hourly pay: $18.00 per hour

Parking Customer site or other approved secure location.

Truck Driver Requirements

• 6 months experience
• Steel toe boots, gloves, safety vest.
• HAZMAT required
• Driver required to hand unload and reload propane tanks by themselves.
• Driver will be representing LPC and required to always maintain a clean appearance & professionalism
• with their customers.
• Company uniforms may be required (currently evaluating)
