We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Charity Event Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level position is ideal for those passionate about giving back, enjoy dynamic event work, and want to build a rewarding career in nonprofit promotions, community outreach, and public engagement .
Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of live charity and fundraising events
Represent nonprofit partners with energy, professionalism, and integrity
Engage attendees to educate them about partner missions, programs, and community impact
Answer questions, distribute materials, and encourage event participation, sign-ups, or donations
Track attendee interactions and collect feedback for event performance reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations
Contribute creative outreach ideas to boost community engagement and participation
Passionate about helping others and committed to supporting meaningful causes
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable in public-facing roles
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus—but not required
