Job Overview:
We seek a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product development and align it with our commercialization strategy. This role involves driving our product strategy, aligning with business goals, and innovating in medical imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead product development strategy, in alignment with the technology development, and the company’s commercial and regulatory strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Communicate product vision and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage the product budget and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven senior product management experience with a track record of innovation.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of product development processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
