Drive with a company that values your time and effort. We are currently seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional assignments, offering competitive compensation, predictable miles, and guaranteed weekly home time. Positions are available for seasoned drivers and newly licensed CDL graduates.
Compensation Details
Experienced drivers earn $0.56 CPM initially, with the opportunity to reach $0.64 CPM after five years.
Average weekly mileage: 2,500 miles.
Typical weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,500.
Regular pay raises every 3–6 months.
Freight type: Dry Van, 100% no-touch, approximately 50% drop-and-hook.
Home Time and Perks
On the road for 14 days with 2 full days at home.
Trucks may be taken home during time off.
Full benefits become active after 30 days, including Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K, and more.
Vacation bonus of $800 after one year.

Trainee Program Highlights
Open to drivers 21+ with CDL-A and at least 120 training hours from an accredited school.
Paid training: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (200–250 hours).
Post-training starting pay: $0.56 CPM.
Rider and pet privileges available after training completion.
Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
Ensure timely delivery of freight to regional destinations.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Keep accurate logs and documentation in line with DOT regulations.
Driver Requirements
CDL-A license holder, at least 21 years old.
Minimum 6 months recent Class A experience or completion of CDL training.
Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in the past 5 years.
No DUI, felony, or misdemeanor in the last 10 years.
Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
