Join a leading healthcare provider near San Jose as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CVICU) , providing advanced clinical expertise and nursing education in cardiac critical care . This full-time on-site role offers competitive pay, leadership opportunities, and professional development .

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $185,000 to $210,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Work Setting: On-Site, Cardiac Critical Care Unit
• Educational Leadership: Train and guide nursing staff in specialized cardiac care

Responsibilities:

• Develop care standards and educational programs for staff.
• Provide consultation for physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams .
• Monitor patient outcomes and quality assurance initiatives .
• Play a key role in establishing a heart transplant program .

Requirements:

• Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate (California)
• Registered Nurse License (California)
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Three (3) years of experience in CVICU
• Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP)
