Habitat Bozeman Restore in Belgrade, MT is looking for one clothing boutique coordinator to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 230 Arden Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a warm and inviting environment in the ReStore Boutique.

• Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager to develop and implement merchandising plans and priorities.

• Collaboration with Volunteers: Guide volunteers in efficiently handling tasks such as sorting, vacuuming, dusting, and displaying shoes.

• On-Floor Presence

• Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to enhance the shopping experience.

• Merchandise Flow: Ensure a consistent flow of fresh merchandise to the sales floor daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License – Required for occasional donation pickups or deliveries.
• Physical Ability – Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds .
• Team Player – Works well with others to create a positive and supportive environment.
• Commitment to Habitat’s Mission – Passion for affordable housing and community impact.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills – Friendly, approachable, and eager to assist shoppers and donors.
• Great Attitude! – Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about the work.
