Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for our client in Palo Alto, CA (Remote). This is an opportunity to join a top-tier global law firm recognized for its innovation and excellence in legal practice.

• Location: Palo Alto, CA (Remote)
• Pay: $33.00–$50.00/hr DOE
• Shifts Available: Standard Business Hours – Full-Time, Hybrid Eligible

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze conflict requests and ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards
• Conduct corporate research and generate detailed conflict reports
• Summarize potential conflict landscapes and propose practical resolutions
• Communicate with attorneys and stakeholders to clear engagements and hires
• Draft waivers, engagement letters, and ethical screens as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in conflicts analysis or legal research in a law firm setting
• Strong judgment and attention to detail in high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with legal ethics, conflicts case law, and related research tools
• Ability to collaborate with attorneys, partners, and business professionals
