Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Conventional Underwriter to join a dynamic and established team in the mortgage and financial services industry. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of underwriting experience, including both Conventional and FHA loans, and hold a current D.E./CHUMS certification. In return, we offer competitive compensation, generous per-file bonuses, annual performance bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

Key Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in conventional underwriting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with FHA loans.
- D.E./CHUMS certification required.
- A preferred 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Underwrite FHA loans up to county high-balance limits.
- Possess a thorough understanding of FHA guidelines and be proficient with FHA Connection.
