Responsibilities:

• Drive Brand Voice and Tone Across All Copy Ensure every piece of content reflects the company's employer brand voice, maintaining consistency and authenticity across all channels, from web pages to billboards and everything in-between.
• Craft Brand-Driven Copy for Multiple Audiences Develop engaging, on-brand content that speaks to diverse audiences, including job seekers, employees, and stakeholders, while reinforcing the company's culture and values.
• Create and Refine Direct Response Copy Write compelling, action-oriented copy for job postings, recruitment marketing campaigns, and candidate communications designed to attract, engage, and convert top talent.
• Support Storyboarding for Scripts and Videos Collaborate with creative teams to develop clear, engaging narratives for employer brand videos, recruitment campaigns, and internal storytelling efforts.
• Write Short- to Mid-Length Copy with Impact Produce concise yet effective copy for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and career site content that captures attention and drives engagement

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years copywriting experience
• Digital and print copywriting experience
• Proven ability in writing brand-driven creative.

Preferred Skills:

• Project management skills
• Traditional copywriter/designer collaboration experience (come up with an idea mutually)
