Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing helpful solutions. You'll primarily handle email-based support, ensuring that each customer receives a timely and professional response.

What You'll Do:
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting via email.
Clarify customer requests and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
Utilize available resources to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 years of customer service experience, including chat or email support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to various customer needs and technical platforms.
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM, Sunday - Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM, Wednesday - Saturday
Training & Work Environment:
The first three weeks of training will be onsite in Beloit, WI.
After training, this role transitions to a hybrid schedule: 4 days remote, 1 day in-office.
