In this role, you will:
Become a customer champion: Onboard new customers, guide them through implementation, and ensure successful adoption of our software.
Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, from users to executive sponsors.
Drive customer success: Identify opportunities for improvement, address customer challenges, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to business growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth.
What you'll bring to the table:
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with customer onboarding and implementation.
Ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
A passion for helping customers succeed.
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
