Company Overview: Our client is an innovative leader in the manufacturing and sales industry, currently seeking a dynamic, proactive Data Analyst to join their growing team. This role will work closely with the leadership team to leverage data and drive business decisions while assisting with Salesforce implementation and ongoing data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, familiarity with Salesforce, and a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Implementation & Support: Assist in the ongoing Salesforce implementation, including building and maintaining automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Analytics: Analyze large sets of data and generate actionable insights to help drive business growth, focusing on sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Sales Enablement: Use data insights to support sales teams by providing actionable reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics, sales performance, and operational progress.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address roadblocks independently by using analytical skills to find solutions and improve processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, sales teams, and other departments to support data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights.
- Continuous Learning: Take initiative to develop Salesforce knowledge (via Trailhead and other resources) and other tools required to support the business.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Experience working with Salesforce is highly preferred, with a focus on building reports, dashboards, and automations.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including the use of Index Match, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrated ability to navigate challenges and find solutions autonomously.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High willingness to learn and grow, with a strong desire to improve processes and make an impact.
- Salesforce Certification or Trailhead Experience: Highly preferred, but not required.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 or more years of professional experience in data analytics or business analysis.
- Experience with sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields.
