The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and write clear, engaging, and accurate content on real estate topics
• Create long-form articles, market guides, blog posts, and condo project summaries
• Work closely with SEO specialists to implement target keywords and best practices
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content
• Assist in updating and repurposing existing content to improve performance
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks in a fast-paced setting

The Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Content Marketing within Real Estate industry.
• You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
• You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
