Poli Glow Products is a consumer and professional detailer brand of fiberglass restoration & detailing products for Boats, RVs. Poli Glow has experienced tremendous growth and we are now looking to bring on a Director of Digital Marketing to help take the company to the next level of growth.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing an all-inclusive digital marketing strategy that encompasses various channels, including Amazon FBA, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. In this role, you will work closely with product development and customer service, to ensure that our digital marketing efforts align with the company's overall business messaging & goals.

Poli Glow is a relatively small to medium sized business that is growing very rapidly. We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded marketing leader who is not afraid to “roll up their sleeves” to implement new ideas and initiatives. 

The right person for this job will have a proven track record of working with and growing 8-figure consumer brands.

This position will be a work-from-home position and will offer a lot of independence. If you have any concern about delivering measurable results, then this position is not for you. We are looking for someone who thrives on being a producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead our current marketing team & influencers
• Grow the Poli Glow brand and increase revenue
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee and optimize Amazon FBA, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing efforts, and produce/develop email & marketing copy when necessary.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with the Poli Glow team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals & messaging 
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI
• Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and other promotional activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Leadership role
• Must have a track record of growing a consumer brand to 10M or more in annual sales
• Proven ability to focus on specific tasks and deliver high-quality work with great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity without close supervision
• The ideal candidate will have copywriting experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Compensation

• $150,000+ OTE (on-track-earnings), compensation consists of a base plus bonus structure based on performance
• Compensation will be competitive based upon your level of experience & past results.

• 8-5 Mon-Fri
• Note*** We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded person not a time clock mentality person. We want someone who is ok with occasional after hours or weekend meetings.)
• This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the Mountain, Central or Eastern Time zones.
