Job Description

Lasalle Network is partnered with a profressional organization that is rapidly growing and they are in need of a Director of Talent Acquisition!This individual will oversee the recruitment and staffing functions for business professional roles across U.S. offices. This role will develop and implement recruitment strategies, ensure compliance with hiring regulations, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top talent!

Director of Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for business professional positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with legal hiring requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidate fit
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, job boards, and staffing agencies
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with external recruiting agencies
  • Oversee interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Manage background screening processes and ensure compliance with firm standards
  • Lead the offer and negotiation process, including drafting offer letters and discussing terms with candidates
  • Collaborate with HR and internal departments to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and monitor recruitment budgets and affirmative action compliance
Director of Talent Acquisition Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably within a legal or professional services firm
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and LinkedIn Recruiter
