Classification: Contract (Full-Time)

Contract Length: Six (6) Months

Location: Pasadena, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary

The Label Review Support position is responsible for ensuring all product label printed content (both text and graphics) is compliant with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and State Standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proof all labels scheduled to be printed to ensure they match Federally approved text.
• Work with marketing department to request revisions as needed.
• Maintain accurate tracking of label approvals.
• Play an active part in helping organization function smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Required Knowledge and Abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Professional written communication skills.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The employee is regularly required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, kneel, talk, and hear. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move 10-20 pounds.
