Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant Description

We are actively seeking Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant residing within the European Union who are willing to relocate to Poland and embrace an exciting opportunity. This role involves spending 40% of your time on trips to our customer's headquarters in Malta (with six weeklong trips per year) enabling you to contribute to a transformative IT modernization project.

Our esteemed customer is embarking on a journey of IT modernization, adopting a cutting-edge CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics. To bolster their team, we are seeking a Functional Manager with a profound understanding of this technology. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: You will lead the implementation project, supported by a dedicated project manager.

• Technical Guidance: Leverage your expertise in MS CRM solutions to guide customer Subject Matter Experts in their contributions to the project.

• Progress Reporting: Regularly report on project advancements and coordinate supporting activities with the customer CRM Steerco.

Responsibilities

  • Making daily decisions to ensure project adherence to specifications and plans
  • Coordinating activities spanning process design, customer experience, UX, IT, complaints, and case handling
  • Reporting to the Steerco and orchestrating Steerco meetings
  • Collaborating closely with the customer's Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM
  • Managing stakeholders across all business areas connected to CRM
  • Overseeing implementation, including training, change management, and employee enablement
  • Establishing the customer's CRM team, covering administration, analytics, maintenance, and monitoring

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in similar projects
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • A willingness to travel on a regular basis to meet project demands
