eDiscovery Paralegal

Our client, a distinguished law firm known for excellence in eDiscovery and legal technology, is seeking a skilled and dedicated eDiscovery Paralegal to join their Sacramento team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated paralegal to grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support for eDiscovery projects, including document review, organization, and analysis.
Conduct legal research and manage discovery documents for various cases.
Draft legal documents, assist with trial preparation, and support case management.
Utilize advanced eDiscovery platforms and tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery, with a strong grasp of EDRM practices and relational databases.
Must reside or be willing to relocate to Sacramento, California area.
Familiarity with California's Business and Professions Code 6450.
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
Background in labor and employment law or case management is a plus.
