Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event management, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and services.
• Help create event materials including invitations, programs, and signage.
• Maintain detailed event schedules and timelines.
• Assist with on-site event management, including registration and attendee support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary for events.
