What You Will Do

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in building client relationships, executing effective campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand visibility in the marketplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Surpassing weekly performance and growth goals individually and as part of a team

• Building and maintaining relationships with both current and prospective clients

• Implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns

• Participating in marketing strategy discussions and leading breakout sessions

• Engaging in professional networking and team development events

• Attending industry conferences and career development seminars

• Managing and maintaining client accounts with care and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following background can be a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Internship experience or prior work in marketing, sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality

• Proven success in customer focused roles

• Coursework or interest in:

  • Marketing or Advertising

  • Sports Management or Business Development

  • Public Relations or Communications

  • Entrepreneurship or Administration
