Responsibilities:
• Generate leads for potential clients
• Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
• Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
• Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
• Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
Qualifications:
• Real estate license or the motivation to get one
• No experience is required training will be provided
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
