We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our sales team here at Haven Charity Solutions. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be trained, from the ground up, on all aspects of our client accounts and campaigns. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, you will be an integral part of our client’s campaign initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, and support. This is an entry-level role and no experience is necessary.Here at Haven Charity Solutions, we pride ourselves on our home-grown development and training process. By keeping growth and development a priority, our team is able to grow their own careers and understanding of the industry while helping our clients grow. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will learn all the intricacies of client and brand management, lead generation, compliance standards, and customer acquisition. By learning how to analyze market trends, both local and national, the Entry Level Sales Representative will be able to best assist our Sales team through campaign optimization.

Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Attend all necessary training meeting and conferences
• Meet with the sales and Assistant teams daily
• Handle all customer interactions with high levels of compliance
• Develop personal customer relationships and rapport
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to optimize for clients
• Develop campaign information for current and future clients
• Assist in expansion opportunities
• Attend national conferences to further develop industry skill set

Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:

• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in group settings or individually
• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions
