We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and client-facing activities. You will work closely with our Events Coordinator and other departments to ensure all events align with our company’s goals and run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, workshops, and conferences

  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and materials

  • Communicate with vendors and manage event timelines and budgets

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution

  • Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for future improvements

  • Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution processes

  • Support the marketing and administrative team with event-related tasks

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures during events

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning or administrative support is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Availability to work flexible hours when required, including occasional evenings and weekends
