Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-profile wellness entrepreneur and founder of a growing brand. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, managing a variety of tasks to ensure the principal's professional and personal life runs seamlessly. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee scheduling, coordinate appointments, and manage meetings efficiently. Assist with recording and posting content, collaborate with the marketing team, and monitor social media trends to enhance the brand’s online presence. Accompany the principal to wellness events, provide on-site assistance, and ensure smooth logistics. Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips. Act as the point of contact for high-level interactions with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Support various projects, including marketing initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals or celebrities. Must live within 30 minutes of Miami Beach and be available for occasional on-site support. Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with content creation tools. Exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel is needed.  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Primarily remote with occasional on-site support.  Compensation:  Competitive salary with a full benefits package.
