What You'll Do:
Analyze fetal tracings and identify abnormalities.
Collaborate with bedside nurses to ensure moms and babies receive the best possible care.
Be a source of knowledge and support for your colleagues.
Stay up-to-date on the latest fetal monitoring practices.
Help us continuously improve our remote monitoring program.
Why You're a Perfect Match:
You're a registered nurse in the state of Maryland with at least 5 years of L&D experience.
You have a certification in electronic fetal monitoring.
You're a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You're passionate about patient safety and innovation.
You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bonus Points:
You have a current specialty certification in fetal monitoring.
You're pursuing a higher degree in nursing.
You have experience mentoring or teaching other nurses.
