The Field Engineer plays a key role in ensuring project execution meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Position Summary:
The Field Engineer (FE) works directly under the Superintendent and serves as a critical member of the field management team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify all project layout activities including control points, dimensions, and elevations
• Oversee subcontractor and trade partner work to ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and safety standards
• Review and maintain lift drawings, shop drawings, and field markups
• Track material deliveries, resolve field conflicts, and assist with RFIs and change documentation
• Conduct safety and quality control inspections and participate in site meetings
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, progress reporting, and coordination of critical path activities
• Work closely with project management and engineering teams to support project objectives and deadlines

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–5 years of experience in construction field engineering, ideally with a general contractor
• Experience working on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech projects preferred
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Familiarity with layout tools, Total Station, and construction technology platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Revit)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
