Background:
This work assignment will be under the GIS Manager. Under general direction, the service may include the more difficult and complex aspects of GIS data and software integration and programming services to deliver needed enhancements to current software and build new applications such as requirement analysis, structured systems analysis and design, feasibility analysis, project planning, GIS application development, GIS application configuration, application implementation, testing, conversion to production status and technical and procedural documentation.
