Pay Rate:  $20.00-$22.00/hr. Depending on Experience

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

One of California’s premier equestrian ranch properties, with more than 10,000 acres of prime vineyard, agricultural, and grazing land, is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND & E-VERIFY

• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.
• Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.
• Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others.
• Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
• Perform routine building maintenance duties
• Sweep walkway of debris.
• Cut down tree limbs, trim shrubs and pull weeds.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
• Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer.
• Build and repair fencing.
• MUST be COVID-19 vaccinated
• MUST be able to pass drug screening
