Salary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive growth in our Hotel and Casino sector by managing existing accounts and generating new sales opportunities. Your contributions will be essential in achieving our sales objectives and establishing a key area of strategic growth within our organization.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional who excels in organization and communication. You are detail-oriented, growth-focused, and excited about the chance to work with a leading brand in the industry. You will skillfully manage a robust sales pipeline while providing exceptional account management. This role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Sales.
What You'll Do:
Represent Our Brand: Manage and nurture new and existing accounts within your designated industry and/or region.
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive outbound sales efforts.
Drive Outbound Sales: Implement a consistent and scalable outbound sales process to fill your pipeline and close deals. This includes cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social selling techniques.
Build Relationships: Engage with prospects and current customers in the field, or represent the brand at industry events to strengthen partnerships and showcase new products.
Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the full sales cycle and post-sale logistics for large commercial orders, including quoting, payment processing, and delivery.
Track Activities: Manage, track, and report sales activities, pipeline development, forecasts, and revenue through Salesforce and other sales tools.
Understand Customer Needs: Assess customer objectives and provide tailored solutions to create additional sales opportunities.
Who You Are:
You have 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
You can drive deals independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You have experience developing sales opportunities through outbound efforts (e.g., cold calling, cold email campaigns).
You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and communication.
You approach challenges with humility and a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for process improvement, both personally and for the organization.
You are capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
You are highly motivated, results-driven, and possess strong attention to detail.
You demonstrate excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, paired with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
You have a strong desire to learn and grow within a start-up environment and enjoy collaborating with a broader sales team.
Previous experience or familiarity with the corporate hospitality industry is a plus.
