Job Summary: Hotel Shuttle Driver As a Hotel Shuttle Driver, you'll be the friendly face that warmly welcomes guests upon their arrival, ensuring their first impression is both positive and memorable. You'll be responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from the airport, train station, local attractions, and other designated destinations. In this role, your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you provide information about the hotel and its amenities, offer recommendations for local activities and dining options, and assist guests with their luggage. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. • Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. • Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring their comfort and convenience. • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions. • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle vehicle. • Report any vehicle maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel. • Monitor flight train schedules and ensure timely transportation for guests.
