Job Description

This position is designed as the perfect entry point for someone with a background in linguistics

and a passion for people looking to launch their career in the global language industry. You will

be an integral part of our HR function, directly contributing to our mission of finding and supporting

the talented individuals who make our work possible.

Your core focus will be on supporting recruitment and onboarding, with a special emphasis on

roles within the linguistics field—from translators and editors to our operational and marketing

teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your language skills in a new, impactful way and

to learn the ins and outs of HR from the ground up.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will be providing essential support to our HR department through the following

activities:

* Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support: You'll be responsible for creating and posting job

advertisements on specialized platforms and social media. You will then review incoming

resumes and conduct direct searches to identify potential candidates for both full-time and

freelance positions.

* Interview Coordination: You will act as the point of contact for scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and our hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
* Onboarding Coordination: You will help organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires. This involves preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring their first days with us are seamless and engaging.
* Special Projects: You'll also have the opportunity to jump in and support other HR initiatives and projects as they arise, giving you a broad view of our people operations. 

**What We're Looking For:**

- An academic background in Linguistics, Languages, or a related field is highly preferred and

will help you thrive here.

- Fluent English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- **Russian** language (at least written)

- A natural organizer with high attention to detail, efficient time-management, and strong

organizational skills.

- A positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude. You're ready to be a supportive team player

in our remote environment.

- The practical setup for remote work: a reliable internet connection, a quiet and distractionfree workspace, a PC/Laptoo, and a headset.
