Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Generalist

The HR Coordinator/Generalist provides support in functional areas of Human Resources to support the HR Senior Generalist and the HR Director. Duties and responsibilities may include general employment questions, filing/employee records, recruitment, orientation, compliance, and online learning system tracking and maintenance.

QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field Required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of Human Resources Generalist experience REQUIRED. Hospital/Healthcare setting preferred.
SKILLS: Must be able to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines, communicate effectively in writing or orally, and be comfortable presenting to groups
