Resource's typical working day:

50% of day is spent screening candidates, 25% sourcing candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, partnering with sourcers, scheduling interviews, reviewing staffing dashboards, conducting reconciliations with the site's headcount. Updating pipeline reports.

Years of Experience needed:

Minimum 2 years experience, specifically looking for light industrial recruiting

Level of Education:

bachelor's degree preferred

Systems/Software proficiencies:

Indeed, Avature, Linked In, Microsoft Office, BI Reports

Certifications/Licenses:

n/a

Top Must have Skills:

High level of technical organization, need to be self-motivated to reach KPI's
